Important Information – reviewed 9th November 2023

We continue to be aware of COVID-19 and will announce any changes to our working practices here.

We have been welcoming clients back into our buildings since September 2021.

Please see below for protocols at each department.

All of our branches are open and we are available to see your pet 7 days a week.

Our Webbs branch remains closed at weekends but our Droitwich surgery has extended opening hours. Our Worcester branch is open every other Saturday.

Hand sanitiser is available at each of our branches for clients to use on arrival.

You must inform us if you (or any others in your household) are self-isolating. If a relative or third party is needed to bring your pet to us, we require your permission to discuss your animal with them. This can be done in writing by email or via this form.

Vaccinations

We have resumed routine annual vaccine boosters.

Pet Health Plan: 6-month Check Ups

We have resumed 6-month Pet Health Plan Check Ups.

Flea, Tick and Wormer Treatments

Please order these through PetsApp. Either download the app to submit a request, or message us through PetsApp – you do not need to sign up to do this.

Alternatively please call or email your usual branch at least 72 hours before coming in to collect. We can send your items by post if required.

Currently we are able to carry out all veterinary work.

Hand sanitiser is available on the reception desk for use on arrival at our Dodderhill office.

When booking an appointment please inform us if you, anyone in your household, or anyone employed on your premises is self-isolating or showing any symptoms of Covid-19.

If this is the case we will need further information to risk assess the visit. It will also be helpful to know if your horse or pony is well handled, nervous or needle shy as we may need to bring a member of our veterinary team to assist.

For farm work, we need to know that your handling systems are in good working order and that the facilities are easily accessible.

Should you have any questions or concerns then please feel free to contact us at the practice. In the meantime we wish all of our clients and their pets the very best of health.
