Opening Hours

Please note that our Webbs branch now closes an hour earlier, at 6pm.

This is due to Webbs Garden Centre reducing their winter opening hours to 9am – 6pm. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause to you and your pets.

Please be assured that our Droitwich and Worcester branches remain open until 7pm, Monday to Friday.

NEW: REGENERATIVE MEDICINE

We can now offer regenerative therapies such as Stem Cell Therapy to treat osteoarthritis and other conditions in dogs and horses.

This is a new and innovative approach to help reduce inflammation and pain.

IMPORTED DOGS

There has been a siginificant rise in canine brucellosis cases in the UK. This is an infectious disease of dogs that is caused mainly by the Brucella canis bacteria. Historically the British Isles have been free of Brucella canis but we are seeing increasing numbers of cases linked to imported dogs.

If you have imported, or plan to import a dog, please review our new policy before booking an appointment.

JOIN US ON PETSAPP

We are pleased to offer a new, more convenient way for you to contact us.

From 6th September, PetsApp will allow you to chat to our team, order medication, book appointments, and even conduct video consultations. Your regular flea, wormer and appointment reminders will also be available through the app.

PetsApp is ideal for non-urgent requests and questions, allowing you to contact us at a time to suit you. If you run out of medication or dog food at 10pm simply send us a message and receive a response the following morning.

You should receive an invitation from us to join PetsApp. We would strongly encourage you to do so – and take advantage of the convenience it offers.
