We offer equine acupuncture as an additional therapy for pain relief. It is particularly useful for horses and ponies with sore backs due to muscle spasm.

The technique involves placing very fine needles into specific points within the muscle. Most horses tolerate this well but sometimes sedation helps to relieve anxiety and tension.

Fiona and Jade are both trained in acupuncture.
