Equine Radiographs (x-rays)

We have a portable x-ray machine which we can bring to your yard.

Radiographs can be helpful in recognising bony changes and injuries involving the bone. They can also be helpful for your farrier if your horse is prone to laminitis or has unbalanced feet.

In order to take radiographs we need a quiet, darker area with a flat surface. Sometimes we need to sedate your horse for x-rays as the equipment can look quite scary to horses!
