1. A rider must be available for a 5 stage vetting.
2. The horse's shoes must be in good order and not shod at least two days before the vetting. Hooves must be unoiled.
3. THE PASSPORT MUST BE AVAILABLE TO INSPECT ON THE DAY.
4. The horse must be clean and dry.
