Zone Visits
In an effort to be more environmentally friendly, reduce our mileage and therefore carbon footprint, we have introduced equine zone visits with a reduced call out charge for certain routine appointments.
We have a number of geographical zones, each of which are assigned a particular day of the week. You are welcome to book a more cost-effective zone visit on the day that we are in your zone. Please contact us for more information.
Terms
- Zone visits for routine vaccinations, teeth, prescription checks and follow up blood tests must be paid for at the time of booking.
- These visits are only available if all outstanding monies are paid to the practice.
- You cannot request a particular vet or time but only the day of the zone visit to your area. We will try to accommodate any requests but cannot guarantee to do so.
- A normal visit charge will be applied to any zone visit that isn’t paid before the day of the visit. Our normal payment terms (as detailed in our Terms of Business below) will then apply.
