Saying goodbye to your beloved pet is always a difficult decision to face, whether it be due to old age, illness or injury. Our team will be on hand to support you when the time comes. We carry out each euthanasia with care and compassion and do our utmost to help your pet pass with dignity and peace.

Some owners and pets may prefer to be at home for this process. We will always try our best to accommodate a house visit for our euthanasia service, with prior notice. This is usually available after morning consultations Monday to Friday.

We will do our best to accommodate such requests, but this may not be feasible during busy periods or over the weekend.

Once your pet has passed, you may take them home for burial or choose a cremation service. We work with PCS, who offer two options:

Communal cremation:

Your pet will be cremated alongside other beloved pets. Because it is communal, their ashes are not returned, but are respectfully scattered in a dedicated, peaceful area at the crematorium.

Individual cremation:
Your pet will be cremated individually, allowing you to receive only their ashes back to treasure. PCS’s cremation process guarantees you only receive your own pet’s ashes.

These will be returned in a sealed wooden casket with an engraved plaque, or a sealed scatter tube. These allow you to scatter your pet’s ashes in a place that is special to you and your beloved pet.

Other vessels and keepsakes are available through our cremation provider. Please contact us for more information.
